Interior Construction Worker (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities
- Communication and cooperation with builders and clients
- Site management of turnkey interior construction projects
- Preparation of and support in tendering
- Awarding of subcontractor contracts and management of subcontractor services including coordination of construction work across all trades
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs of construction projects
- Measurement and invoice verification of construction work
- Checking and managing daily construction reports
- Preparation of project-specific construction logs
- Processing of defects and warranty cases
Your experience and skills
- Sound construction engineering training or studies as a civil engineer or architect
- Relevant professional experience as a construction manager in interior construction
- Sound knowledge of building construction
- Confident application of the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Structured and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
