Your responsibilities

Your knowledge helps us in the development, planning and implementation of large furnishing projects.
Your assertive, binding but also cooperative management style inspires our skilled workers in production and assembly and makes them perform at their best.
Support in the optimisation of production and process flows
Responsible participation in handicraft production on an industrial level
Setting up and operating woodworking machines

Your experience and skills

Completed vocational training as a carpenter/master joiner, wood technician or comparable qualification
Professional experience in woodworking (incl. CNC)
Strong hands-on mentality & communication skills
Organisational skills and assertiveness
Additional knowledge/skills in production planning, control and optimisation
Experience in department management and leadership of a carpentry workshop
Very good written and spoken German
Independent, flexible and structured way of working
Confident appearance and ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
Driving licence class 3
